Refund & Return Policy

At Famous Hip-Hop Shop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it under the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

  • You (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods, or

  • in the case of multiple items in one order, when you receive the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To cancel your purchase, you must notify us clearly by email, phone, or post:

You may also use the official EU withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, earrings, or face masks).

  • Sale or discounted items may be excluded from returns unless they are faulty.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is faulty or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed
