Payment Policy

At Famous Hip-Hop Shop, we offer several secure and convenient payment options. Please review our payment terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Prepayment (Bank Transfer) – also called Vorkasse

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Cash (for in-store purchases only)

Other payment methods may be displayed during checkout.

2. Payment Due Date

  • Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, unless otherwise agreed.

  • For prepayment (bank transfer), the full amount must be transferred within 7 calendar days of order placement. If payment is not received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

If you select prepayment, please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account (details will be provided during checkout). Your order will only be shipped once we have received payment.

4. Credit Card

When paying by credit card, your card will be charged at the time of purchase or once the contract is concluded. For your safety, all transactions are secured with SSL encryption and, if applicable, 3D-Secure verification.

5. PayPal

If you choose PayPal, payment will be processed immediately via your PayPal account. Refunds (where applicable) will be issued back through PayPal.

6. Prices & Fees

  • All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer).

  • Shipping costs are listed separately during checkout.

  • We do not charge additional fees for the use of the listed payment methods.

  • Any additional bank or transfer fees (especially for payments outside the EU) must be covered by the customer.

7. Invoicing

You will receive an invoice either with your delivery or separately via email in text format.

8. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the same payment method originally used for purchase, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
